EnquireApricot Hotel is a smart, upmarket property in a central location in the lively city of Hanoi, northern Vietnam. Situated in Hanoi’s atmospheric old quarter with super views across Hoan Kiem Lake, this elegant hotel offers 123 rooms and suites, three restaurants, a sauna, gym, and an impressive rooftop bar and swimming pool. The Apricot hotel will appeal to travellers seeking comfortable accommodation and attractive facilities in the heart of Vietnam’s thriving capital.
Guest areas include an elegant lounge serving traditional afternoon tea, and two restaurants: L’Artiste, which features an international menu, and Palette Restaurant, specialising in Asian fusion cuisine. A rooftop bar and generous outdoor swimming pool are located on the tenth floor and offer a peaceful contrast to the busy city streets below, and a great spot to relax with a cocktail after a day sightseeing. There is a small onsite gym complete with a sauna and steam room, a library, and an in-house music venue which showcases Vietnamese and international artists.
Apricot Hotel is ideally located at the centre of Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter, a bustling maze of bars, markets, street food vendors, and traditional craftsmen, interspersed with ancient temples and historic buildings. A short walk away are Hoan Kiem Lake and the 18th century Ngoc Son Temple, a leafy, tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, where locals gather each morning to practice tai chi.
The accommodation comprises 123 contemporary rooms and suites, decorated with a blend of modern and traditional furnishings and artworks. Each unit has double or twin beds, and a modern ensuite bathroom, plus satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms vary in size and aspect, from modest ‘deluxe sketch’ rooms which overlook the internal courtyard, to spacious ‘masterpiece’ suites which come with a separate lounge area, a private courtyard garden, and great city views. Several ‘studio’ units are also available, with separate sleeping and lounge areas, plus a small kitchenette and dining area.
Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel. Guests under six years of age are accommodated free of charge when sharing a room and bed with their parents. An extra bed can be provided in most rooms, for one child under 12 years of age, subject to an additional charge.

I would like to say a massive thank you for organising our Vietnam trip. The itinerary and execution were superb, as was the attention to detail. I would also like to thank the agent who was on the end of my whats app chat (I have no idea who they were!) – always available, always quick to respond, and kept me updated regarding times etc. Also, the guides Dan (north) and Tien (mid) were just excellent, and we really enjoyed their company. The lady (whose name I have forgotten) who was our additional guide for the DMZ day was exceedingly good and made that day very special.
