EnquireTucked away in a trendy and somewhat bohemian neighbourhood of Lima’s Barranco district is Villa Barranco. This boutique hotel is set on a quiet street in a delightful and charming historic building that dates back to the 1920s and has been lovingly restored over the years. It stands out from other buildings in the immediate area thanks to its pretty blue and white colour scheme, not to mention it’s very well preserved architecture.
There are nine air conditioned rooms set out across three floors. On the ground floor there are four junior suites and two deluxe suites; some of these come with their own private garden. Up on the first floor, there are two more junior suites - each with its own balcony - and the master suite, which not only has a balcony, but also an extensive loft area. Some options offer ocean views, while others look out over the hotel’s beautifully manicured gardens. All rooms are well presented with tranquil decor and a range of convenient amenities including a TV with satellite channels, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
One of the hotel’s most highly rated amenities is its rooftop terrace, a popular spot for guests to gather and unwind, thanks mostly to its captivating Pacific Ocean views. A buffet breakfast is offered every day, with evening meals served in the on-site restaurant with its range of appetising Peruvian dishes. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in the main communal area. There’s also a free bicycle hire service. There are many attractions in close proximity to the hotel, including a large shopping centre, plenty of public parks, scores of museums and cultural attractions and countless places to eat and drink. The district’s main square, Plaza de Armas, is conveniently just a stone’s throw away.
While there are no designated child facilities or services at the hotel, children are more than welcome and will doubtless enjoy exploring the area with their families.
We had an extraordinary time. It was magical and we couldn't hav asked or hoped for more. Thank you both so much for all of your time and assistance.

We had an amazing experience - absolutely loved it.
Mohamed and Said were great and very patient especially with me going downhill - was quite nervous about the scree slopes and paths. Will be a trip we remember forever

I would like to say a massive thank you for organising our Vietnam trip. The itinerary and execution were superb, as was the attention to detail. I would also like to thank the agent who was on the end of my whats app chat (I have no idea who they were!) – always available, always quick to respond, and kept me updated regarding times etc. Also, the guides Dan (north) and Tien (mid) were just excellent, and we really enjoyed their company. The lady (whose name I have forgotten) who was our additional guide for the DMZ day was exceedingly good and made that day very special.
