Overview

The most upmarket option in Santa Cruz, this 165 room hotel is chic and stylish and has the prime position in town. Located on the site of Jack O’Neill’s first surf shop, the hotel boasts direct access to one of the town's beaches, where you can hire boards and wetsuits if you are in search of finding that perfect wave. If you prefer to stay dry, you can just sunbathe on the beach, or enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean from your own private balcony or patio. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the famous Boardwalk and the wharf, which is home to many restaurants serving up the fresh catch of the day. If you don't want to leave the hotel, there is a restaurant on site. The hotel also benefits from a good sized pool, with sea views, and a hot tub.

Each of the rooms enjoys a view of the Pacific Ocean and has its own private balcony or patio. Room types vary in size from standard rooms to deluxe suites. For families, there is the choice of having inter-connecting rooms or a 2 bedroom suite with king bed and a sofa bed. All of the rooms come with a large flat screen TV, fridge, coffee maker and safe.

  • We had an amazing experience - absolutely loved it.
Mohamed and Said were great and very patient especially with me going downhill - was quite nervous about the scree slopes and paths.

Will be a trip we remember forever

  • I would like to say a massive thank you for organising our Vietnam trip. The itinerary and execution were superb, as was the attention to detail. I would also like to thank the agent who was on the end of my whats app chat (I have no idea who they were!) – always available, always quick to respond, and kept me updated regarding times etc. Also, the guides Dan (north) and Tien (mid) were just excellent, and we really enjoyed their company. The lady (whose name I have forgotten) who was our additional guide for the DMZ day was exceedingly good and made that day very special.
