Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Home to over 140 mammal species including the big 5, plus spectacular birdlife, the Sabi Sand Reserve offers excellent year round wildlife viewing. Community visits are available, and excursions to the dramatic Drakensberg escarpment, including the vast Blyde River Canyon, the third deepest canyon in the world. Back at the lodge, enjoy romantic bush dinners, wine tasting sessions, indulge in some pampering at the onsite spa, or experience a star gazing evening hosted by rangers at the bush observatory.
Accommodation comprises 11 stunning treehouse style rooms, cleverly linked to the main lodge by elevated wooden walkways and swing bridges. Each spacious unit has king or twin beds draped with mosquito nets, and a stylish ensuite bathroom. Outside is a large private veranda with tranquil views of the bush or river. Some rooms boast a private alfresco plunge pool. All come with a complimentary minibar, hot drink facilities, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. For guaranteed privacy, opt for the deluxe treehouse suite, a short walk from the main area. Sleeping two guests, it offers extensive living space, including a sweeping veranda perfect for alfresco dining, with super views over a nearby dam frequented by hippos and elephants.
Children age 12 years and over are warmly welcome at Ulusaba Safari Lodge. Families with younger children may wish to consider its sister property, Ulusaba Rock Lodge, which is able to accommodate guests of all ages and operates a kids club onsite.
Thank you, we had an absolute wonderful time, and everything was well-planned and as described. Carla was crying on the day of our departure from Ants Nest, she didn’t want to go home and for it all to end, and when I asked how much longer she would want to stay, she responded “four weeks”

It was certainly a holiday of a lifetime for us and we loved every minute!! The standard and location of each accommodation was excellent, as was the variety of each different accommodation type. Our schedule was perfect and we managed to achieve everything on our to-do task list. Your documents were also really helpful, as were the driving directions. We all thank you for making this such a wonderful holiday. Happy to leave a review publicly if you point me the right way. Best Steve

Hi Lisa, We had a fabulous time thank you. The accommodation and other ideation were all terrific - that’s so much for your help. The apartment in Cape Town was particularly good - we would never have found that: Boschendal was great as well and game lodge was superb. Thanks again, Alistair
