After you have had your fill of the canyon, we will transfer you to your safari lodge. Where you stay will depend on your family size, children's ages and budget. Wherever we choose, you will be staying in the Kruger area with excellent chances of spotting the big 5. You will have two game drives each day (one at dawn and one at dusk) as well as plenty of time to lie back and relax. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea are all included in your stay and absolutely nothing on this earth compares to watching the sun setting in the African bush with a sundowner drink in your hand.

South African Airways from London Heathrow to Johannesburg would be the best choice with excellent connections onto Hoedspruit or Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. Virgin Atlantic and British Airways may be able to assist with these onward flights from their overnight flights. Costs from £950-£1250 per person.
Regional connections available and flights via Europe or the Middle East to Johannesburg may be better value.
Flight prices on this route are always cheaper booked in advance, particularly when flying during UK school holidays. If you are booking anything less than a month prior to departure expect to pay through Virgin and BA tend to offer flight sales around September and October, which are worth looking out for.
Please let us know your preferred departure airport and we would be pleased to quote for a flight inclusive ATOL protected package.
Private guide and vehicle for the duration to explore the Mpumalanga area and whilst on safari to take you on AM & PM game drives, all meals, park fees and en-suite accommodation
This trip would be best for travel May to October when is dry warm days and cold in the evenings. Summer months November to April tends to be humid with high chance of rain fall.

Thank you, we had an absolute wonderful time, and everything was well-planned and as described. Carla was crying on the day of our departure from Ants Nest, she didn’t want to go home and for it all to end, and when I asked how much longer she would want to stay, she responded “four weeks”

It was certainly a holiday of a lifetime for us and we loved every minute!! The standard and location of each accommodation was excellent, as was the variety of each different accommodation type. Our schedule was perfect and we managed to achieve everything on our to-do task list. Your documents were also really helpful, as were the driving directions. We all thank you for making this such a wonderful holiday. Happy to leave a review publicly if you point me the right way. Best Steve

Hi Lisa, We had a fabulous time thank you. The accommodation and other ideation were all terrific - that’s so much for your help. The apartment in Cape Town was particularly good - we would never have found that: Boschendal was great as well and game lodge was superb. Thanks again, Alistair
