Overview

Six Senses Yao Noi is one of the best resorts in Thailand, a barefoot island retreat on the peaceful Yao Noi Island overlooking the stunning scenery of Pahng Nga Bay.

The resort is laid on a jungle clad hill making the most of the views over the Bay. The infinity pool and rambling terraces overlooking the beach form the heart of the resort.

All the rooms are all-pool villas and suites ranging from one to four bedrooms and perched like plush treehouses within tropical greenery. Entry level suites have forest views, or upgrade to dramatic ocean view villas. All the villas are set privately.

Daily complimentary activities include qi gong, yoga, mini-massages, reflexology workshops plus free-to-use stand-up paddleboards, kayaks and windsurfing boards. Diving and cooking classes can also be arranged. The spa is one of the best in the region.

The resort's restaurants offer Thai, International and Tapas and the bakery serves homemade ice creams all day with 24 different flavours to choose from.

Six Senses Yao Noi is an excellent choice for families. There is no kids club as such, but with plenty of activities, pool villas ranging in size to suit families of any size and a quiet and easy Island to explore it is hard to beat. In addition to the watersports there is a tennis court and for younger kids, babysitting, dedicated kids activities and kids menus in the restaurant.

  • We had an amazing experience - absolutely loved it.
Mohamed and Said were great and very patient especially with me going downhill - was quite nervous about the scree slopes and paths.

Will be a trip we remember forever

  • I would like to say a massive thank you for organising our Vietnam trip. The itinerary and execution were superb, as was the attention to detail. I would also like to thank the agent who was on the end of my whats app chat (I have no idea who they were!) – always available, always quick to respond, and kept me updated regarding times etc. Also, the guides Dan (north) and Tien (mid) were just excellent, and we really enjoyed their company. The lady (whose name I have forgotten) who was our additional guide for the DMZ day was exceedingly good and made that day very special.
